What you share with us
When you use this tool, you share three things:
- A description of your cancer or situation.
- Where you live (optional, but helpful for finding local resources).
- The language you want the response in.
What we do with it
While your session is running, your description is sent to:
- The AI service (Google Gemini or OpenAI, depending on configuration) so the helpers can think about it.
- Trusted medical search APIs (PubMed, Brave Search restricted to authoritative patient-facing oncology sites) so the helpers can find sources.
Your session lives in the server's memory only while it is running. After about 30 minutes of inactivity, it is automatically deleted. We do not save your session to a database. We do not log the content of what you shared.
What you should still be careful about
- If you copy or print your summary and share it, it may contain details about your health. Share carefully.
- If you save the page on a shared computer, the page text may stay in browser history.
- This tool uses third-party AI services. Those services have their own privacy policies — please review them if that matters to you.
What we don't do
- We do not have access to your medical records.
- We do not store an account or login.
- We do not share your information with advertisers.
